Head of Social Protection and Health at the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. Meghan leads a team of researchers and technical experts to inform a wide variety of programming in the field of social protection and health to manage climate risks. They are an expert in the integration of climate information across timescales within the humanitarian sector, and have been operationalising anticipatory action systems for the last decade. They hold a MSc Environmental Change and Management and a PhD in Climate Adaptation – both from the University of Oxford’s Environmental Change Institute.
